The SieMatic kitchen cabinets have an innovative use of space with a timeless style, which were custom designed by Baumgart. The Calcutta marble waterfall island has an inset Spekva brand wood slab detail at the four-person breakfast bar that is complimented by the Lindsey Adelman light fixture, Miele and La Cornue appliances and imported Swedish tile backsplash.

The jewel of the dining nook is a pendant by Lindsey Adelman, and the star burst Hanley chandeliers in the two-story ceiling of the living room by Arteriors, which is also a focal point from the primary bedroom. The primary suite is designed to capture direct ocean views from the private second story loft-style room with a large bathroom with steam shower, vessel tub, private water closet with bidet, dual sinks, a large custom walk-in closet with custom built-in cabinets and shelving. The lower level features the a large private jacuzzi with an imported tile surround, a lounge area with an imported French hammered tin ceiling and French antique door wainscoting. This double lot has a vast outdoor living space with the expansive multi-level decks and courtyard, which allow a true indoor-outdoor experience from each living area, especially when the frameless folding Cover Glass doors slide open.
